Yup, those are it. But shipping is a killer when you only need a few of those modular attachments that don't even weigh 1lb.

Was hoping someone knew of a place that sold those fittings w/ reasonable shipping.

It looks like you should find what you are looking for there. I have never ordered from there so I cant speak for shipping, but the prices seem to be much lower for a given length.
