Best way to transport tank

I have a 55 gallon tank that running and stocked that I am going to take with me when I move. I was just wondering what the best way to transport it and the fish will be. It's a 4 hour drive and the stocking is 2 angels 3 denisons barbs 1 bala 2 bristlenose Plecos 1 clown Pleco 1 pictus and 2 striped Raphael catfish.

Right now my plan is to get some 5 gallon bucks with lids for the fish. I have 2 battery air pumps that I could use
