Black Chinese light boxes

So I own 3 of the original Chinese **** boxes from ten years ago. 2 channel blue and white. I’ve always had good results growing coral with these. My question is will they also grow terrarium plants for my snake? I have a bioactive terrarium but I need a grow light and wondered if these will work.

While the spectrum isn't ideal for terrestrial plants, I'm sure theyll grow terrestrial plants. I'd dim them way down at first.
