Blue lunar lights

O heres the thing, i have a blue lunar led lights on my tank and im wondering if that stresses them out or if they can sleep and relax at night?

i dont run moonlights at night, just a couple hours after the main lights go off and thats it. I think the fish appreciate the darkness for resting.
