Boyu BYG 86 Tank Advice Please

I have just been given this tank and will be using it as my starting point on my new hobby of keeping tropical fish.

I have searched the web and this forum but I cannot get the information on the correct hardware/equipment to use.

I believe the filtration system is missing and would like advice on what to purchase.

Also the heater and other recommendations.
