Can marine lighting be used in a tropical tank?

I'm wanting to upgrade to an much better quality led unit as my tank is going to be heavily planted . I have come across the TMC aquaray mini LED 500HD. I have a 20l Arcadia arc . Would it be okay to use this on my tropical tank?

I'm not sure what that light is but a lot of us us saltwater lights on freshwater. I have two t5 lights on my freshwater that have saltwater bulbs in them
