Cheap LED moonlights

I love the look of the blue moonlights that the marineland and fuval led aquarium kits have, however my setup is a t5ho, and I'm not looking to change over to a full led setup

Are there any cheap ways to get like 3 blue LEDs to spread over a 24 in tank to achieve the moonlight look?

Preferably something that won't include any soldering, as I have no clue how to do it

Current Truelumen Lunar LEDs. I'd get 2 blue and 1 white.
