I have a 180rr tank. The tank has corner over flows 600 gph each. It drains into sump 1" pvc. I want to bulk head out of sump with external pump. Then from pump to inlet of chiller, out of chiller to pvc "t' to two returns. 1". Question is what size pump and how hany gph will I need to go through chiller, plumbing with 3' head height to work with over flows with proper flow. Hope someone can help. The max flow rate for the chiller is 1200 gph.

this helps some. My problem is I dont know what I will lose through chiller. What if I used a mag pump from my sump through the chiller then back to sump where my iwaki return pump. Pumps it to display tank. Then there is little plumbing to lose through. Will this work?
