I want to add a cooling fan to the sump (berlin 125) of my aquarium to pull it down a degree or two. Is it as simple as just aiming the air flow down into the sump? Also, do most only use them when the lights are on, or all the time? I suspect I will run it as much as necessary to get my temp down.

Just thought I would get some suggestions before mounting a fan.

Thanks!!!

Jeff

you can get the small clip on fans from most HD/Lowes/Target/Walmart. Just point it to blow across the surface. Unless you have a timer to put it on, just let her blow 24/7.

Your evap will increase, keep an eye on that too
