Is anyone familiar with these. I got an open box one today and I think something is wrong with it. For some reason the pump is reverse. It's shooting the water through where it's supposed to intake it from and vice versa. Anyone have any ideas what might be the issue.?

Someone had a powerhead that did the same thing a couple of months ago. But I can't remember what they did. Sorry. Send it back

Unplug it from the wall/outlet and plug it back in the opposite way. It worked for me.

I have a koralia powere head that runs in reverse sometimes when its unplugged and then plugged back in.
