Current USA 4x39w T5HO $150 used

I have been offered a used T5HO fixture for $150.
Details...
Current USA SunDial 36" 4x39w (2 x 10,000K 2 x Actinic) with 2 leds.
Dual integrated timers for dusk\dawn ?
Individual reflectors per bulb.
The fixture is cooled by fans, not sure I like that idea (noise).
Seller is including 8 used bulbs.

This seems to be a older model but I did find one new for $335.00

The other fixtures I've been looking at will cost me near $150, but they are brand new 2x24w or 2x31w T5HO's.

Does anybody know much about these fixtures and if $150 is reasonable ?

Considering you can purchase a brand new fixture(3Ft/4Bulbs fixture) for $125 with new bulbs and a warranty, I'd take the fishneedit fixture overthat one. I do like that the current fixtures have fans, but my 4x units dont get too hot, just warm.
