Dual white/blue LED running time.

Hey all, so im about ready to setup my new 90G FW and I am reading about running times for lighting. I obviously want to avoid any algae build up and my LED that I got with the tank (pic below) has dual settings for blue and white.

Will the blue light promote algae growth? if not can i have my whites on for 8 hours then switch to the blues for another few hours in the evening?

I attached the LED I got with the tank and a shot of the tank as I am playing around with my scape'ing options.

Fish only need to see to eat. I would not even turn the light on unless I was viewing the tank. Let the ambient light from the room be enough for them until you get home from work or whatever, to view them.
Any light can produce algae growth, in the right conditions. Just keep the feeding reasonable and you should be fine.
