So I am in the process of setting up my 110 gal tank that my friend gave me. There are two filters one is the Eheim Pro 2 2026 and the other is the Eheim Pro 3 2075. Anyways the Pro 3 has a few little hairline cracks at the bottom of the canister. My friend left the filter outside in the cold when she was dismantling the tank.
I would like to silicone the cracks does anyone have any experience in doing this? Did it leak after wards?
