Emtpy tank

Hello.
a friend just gave me a tank. it's cm120x45x40. 180l? 200l?

Now i started to see how can i complete it. The first thing I searched was the filter. I found on internet this Seachem 08170 Tidal 55. It's ok or I shoud take the 75 version? Then the lights I found this UEETEK - 22 x 14cm / 8.7 x 5.5inch (LxW) / 10W and i think I will get 3 of those. The acquarium will be open.
It's realy necessary to put an CO2 system?

Do you have any other suggestion? I still don't know what I will put on it. Wich fishes I will chose. I will think about after i will take the filter and the lights.

The 55 should be fine for most smaller fish. You could do the 75 if you wanted bigger or "dirtier" fish like goldfish or cichlids.
C02 systems are for more higher tech aquariums that have plants that need it. You can find plants that don't need C02 or higher lighting.
