I my eshopps is been running for a few hours and it's been over flowing the whole time I was wondering were the to tubeings are supposed to hook up to are they just supposed to dangle?

I might of fixed the noise I put the small black container (that has two holes and a small sponge inside) over th air in take tubeing the noise is almost silent now

could u post a picture so we can see what u are talking about? im also looking int skimmers and wanna know how to quite it down the one i have now is so loud
