Euphotica 32 led help

We recently set up the Hobby Bug Euphotica 32 LED lights. We were able to set each individual setting (sunny, cloudy, moon, etc). However, we are having trouble with the programmable timer setting. For example we want sunny from 10am to 4pm, and moon in the evening. Also, I thought the timer was military, but when I try to fix the clock from 1:30 to 13:30 (for 1:30pm) it doesn't save. Please help?!
