External THermal Heaters

Does anyone have any experience with these heaters? They connect in-line with the output of a canister filter. Just curious if they might be worth investing in..i think they go for around $90 here in Canada for a 300Watt one.

I dont think they are any better than normal heaters, so no need for the investment. I like internal better. Of course the choice is yours!
