Filstar xp xl questions

Hello my filter just got delivered an I'm trying to come up with plan to set up and have media questions. All advice welcome. Do I meet to fill all 4 baskets or will leaving 1 empty create more powerful flow?

Thinking of going w this

Bottom - 2 pads each of 20 and 30 ppi
Level 3 - mix of bio starts that came with with stuff from established AC hob filter like fluval biomax and ripped up sponge that have been running for months
Level 2 - seachem matrix on bottom of tray with divider and a pouch of API nitra zorb laying on top
Level 1 - pouch of bio chem zorb on bottom with divider and micro filtration polishing pad on top

I also have plenty of poly fill I can try and fit in but not sure where

I wouldnt add any poly fill it will clog it up to fast and slow down the flow. In mine i only have the sponges and bio balls or ceramic rings. No need for the other stuff imo. The less thats in there will make it more powerfull.
