Filter Question

I came across an EMP 400, and am wondering if it's too big for a 20gal.
 
I believe it would be a bit overkill. It may produce too much of a current for the fish and I'm not sure if they are adjustable for the flow. A better bet would be the emp280 or aquaclear150 or 200
