florescent light question will this work....

Hey guys i got a 4 ft florecent fixture today i want a five foot one for a five foot bulb if use the hardware out of this and make it were a five foot bulb will fit will it work? i want to use around a 65 wat bulb to brighten my six foot long 125 gal tank...
special thanks to melosu58 , roka , thincat,CaptainAhab (and many more who i will list later as i find thier names so i can spell them lol ) for i would not have the tank or the knowledge i have about my tank if not for them.
