I know there was a post about this in the past, but I can't find it.

Would 10-15% flow through the refugium chamber in my sump be too much? Using to grow chaeto and pods. The fuge will be about 12 gallons and I'm looking at roughly 150 gallons per hour going through it using a spray bar near the bottom, then leaving the chamber over a baffle into my return.

Thanks.

Slower is better, 12 gallon fuge, with 150 GPH is more than 10 x turnover, pretty extreme for a fuge. I'd lower it to 36-48 GPH.
