Fluval 404 HELP

Just changed the impeller, shaft, impeller cover and motor seal. Have done this before but for some reason the power has dropped. I have looked a few times to see what I am missing but I am now just beating myself up. Any suggestions as to what I may be over looking?

Not that this is much help, but how old is it? 404 is a couple generations ago. I would imagine the motor loses it's oomph over time in any filter.

Thank You. I realized it was 6 yrs old so went this evening and got a new 406. Everyone is happy now.
