FX6 is about $330

and Eheim Ultra G160 External Canister Filter (Pro 3 2075 / 600 ) w/ Media is $280

Will go on a 130 Gallon freshwater tank. Non planted. Community fish nothing to large.

Aren't we all lol. But is fairly flexible. I set aside a certain amount for my tank build. What do you have in mind

If you have the money is say get a fluval g6. It's around $380, but it's really nice. I've seen one in person and I wish I had one for all of my tanks. If you can't afford that then get the fx6. They're nice too.

IMHO dont even put the fluval g6 on your list. With your setup I would also look into the eheim 2080. If you want to go all out- classic eheim 2262 is a tank.
