Hello, I’m new here, but I own 3 fluval spectrum nano’s LED lights. I’m having an issue with my new one not syncing to my phone. The others work just fine but every time I plug in or reset and reinstall the app like the troubleshooting says to do, it still won’t connect to my app. I also tried using my app on my iPad. Same problem, the other two lights work just fine but my new one says “synchronization time fail.”
