I was curious what individuals are running over there FW planted tanks I have a 4' t5 HO that holds 4x54 watt bulbs its currently hanging over my 29G tank but ill be setting up a 55 and i have a third ballast to run two more t5 HO bulbs. So thats roughly 324watts for that tank think its close to 6 watts per gallon. What spectrum bulbs should I focus on? And what companies produce reliable bulbs? I hear you get maybe a year per bulb before they lose strength. Im currently using some zoo-meds of which 2 are the super daylight, ones the max plant growth and ones an actinic. I know zoo-meds german made and I'm a VW person so thats why i chose them lol but any advice would be awesome heres some photos of the tank.
