Glass Repair

Good Evening All
I have just found your site and thankful I did! I 'm looking for advice on "GLASS REPAIR" ... I cracked one side pane of glass with the heater being on in error. The tank was empty as I was just setting it all up getting ready to fill it. It's a 58 gal Oceanic. Does anyone have any advice on replacement or repair? Is it actually possible for me to successfully repair it myself? I appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks!

Depending on the exact nature of the crack, there may be several ways to make a repair.The broken piece could be removed and replaced, a patch could be placed to cover the crack, or another full size piece could be applied over the old piece without removing it.

I REMOVED ALL SILICONE FROM INTERIOR SIDE CORNERS OF GLASS PANELS.

WHAT IS THE BEST EPOXY DISOLVENT TO USE TO COMPLETE THIS PART OF

THE CRACKED SIDE GLASS PANEL REPLACEMENT ???
