Glass tank question

I was wondering if I can cut holes in a glass fish tank

U can drills holes with a glass drill bit ppl do it for return and overflow plumbing

Yes as long as your glass is not tempered. Most large tanks have tempered bottom glass only. Best to get it done professionally unless you're certain you can accomplish this task. They can check to see if your glass is tempered or not. Use a glass cutting holesaw. Watch YouTube videos to see how to do it on your own.
