Good Fluorescent Tube Light?

Hello,

My lighting makes my water look yellowish and dingy. I have white sand in my freshwater tank and would like to make my colors pop a little more. I do have have a few Anubias plants so I bought a cheap light from Wal-Mart that's for planted aquariums. Can anyone recommend something brighter without a yellow tint?

I would look for an appropriate sized light with a color temperature of 6700K. It's ideal for plants and should not produce a yellow tint.
