Halogen light for sump?

Ok. Is a single 90watt halogen light enough to grow chaeto algae in a sump? It's specs r. 90watts. 1350 lumens and 2800k the sump in 10g and the light will be hanging about 6 in above the sump. Will this be enough light?
 
yes, but halogen puts off a lot of heat. a 23 watt curly-Q florescent bulb is all you need. i like to use a bulb that's 5000-6500k for plants.
