Help! I think my seal on my tank may soon let go!

Today I noticed one of the sealed edges looked to have some sand behind it and as I looked closer it looks as if there is a water pocket in a couple spots around the seam. Has anyone seen this and if so is it close to letting go? Oh yeah, the water pocket is almost to the end of the seal. Sorry to the mods as I believe this should have gone into the equip forum but I needed to get exposure quick. Thanks!
