Help on lightbulb change please! :)

Hello everyone, more questions yet again as I dive into improving my tank as always

I am still having a bit of an algae problem ( slowly replacing the water with Ro/DI and cutting back on feeding) but....

I would like to try and change my PC blubs. The question is how? I would imagine the glass cover slides out, but I cant seem to budge it. I dont want to break it. Does anyonr have experience with a similar fixture and how to replace the bulbs?

I know that the cover on my PC that`s down in the fuge is warped and it looks like I`m going to have to do something to get it out. Maybe break it. I cant help much as I`m trying to figure out the same thing.

Any luck with figuring out how to change it? I don't really want to break it
