help with the lighting

I'm currently cycling my tank week 3. and was wondering what should my light cycle be set for? there are 3 different light the MH, the blue ones and the moon lights.
im currently running them short to keep algea down.
MH from 0830 to 1930
the blue ones come on at 1930-2200 and 0600-0830
moon lights on from 1930-0830

any sugestions??
