Hey I need some help

I spend 30 bucks or so a month on filter cartridges is there anyway I can find a cheaper alternative Iím 16 donít have a job so 30 to 40 doesnít come easy for me

What kind of filter do you have ? Most can be rigged to use cheaper filter materials . my best advice would be to save up and get an AquaClear filter .You can use a lot of different materials in these .

Haven't had to replace the AquaClear media forever. Save tons of money.

To keep the BB / beneficial bacteria alive rinse media with treated/ dechlorinated water and lasts years!

Stop falling into the believe that you need new filter media like the stores want.
