How hots too hot?

I recently bought a new tank that came with a heater to put some pregnant Guppies in but when i check the temp the water is supposidly 34c....

That is too hot . Do not put fish in till you get it down and if fish are already in SLOWLY lower the temp . Guppies like 72 to 80 F .
 
Yeah I keep my guppies between 24-27c but anything over 30c is to hot. Remember they can suffocate if the water is to as well as there is less oxygen in hot water

Also to keep in mind guppies live longer at their lower recommended temp than the the higher.

As above, it's too hot. Is the heater set? Mines got a twisty red nob on top? Turn it right down and see if it turns off?
