HQI vs Mogul

What are the the issues in deciding between the two?

I'm upgrading my 55 gal to a 120 gal. I currently have 2x175 MH with mogul base and was wondering if a 2x250 HQI would be better??

I believe that DE (HQI) are much better at reflecting light than mogul or SE bulbs. You also need a UV shield when working with HQI whereas you don't need one with SE bulbs.

How deeps is your 120 gonna be? 2 ft?
