been using this skimmer for approx 1.5 years and have wrestled with it from day 1. constantly needs to be "baby sat" / adjusted . made some minor mods. to improve air tube angle etc. appears pump is now going bad not producing enough bubbles. i clean it out regularly. is it worth trying to get new pump or maybe instead , using external air pump w/regulator and air stone in chamber connected to air line coming out of unit. not sure this will work. are there any in tank/sump skimmers better for nano units? tx 4n reading if u got this far
