IS my tank scratched ro craked how do i tell

hello,
recently i bought a complete 45 gallon bowfront set up off my brother. i have had it set up for a couple of weeks now and i am starting to notice what I thought was cracks in the tank.........my fiancee argues they are just scratches and why would a tank i just set up start randomly craking.... well that is a question i cannot answer i have no idea...the cracks or what i think are cracks dont seemt o go all the way through the glass but be on the inside or out....i took a picture of one of the cracks or scratches whatever it may be i will post int he picture section..help me plz i dont know if i should go buya new tank or i am being paraniod

Is your tank level? They can crack if they aren't.

I can't tell where the crack is in your picture. It will be hard to tell either way. If it was me, I would just replace it, unless I could determine that it was only a scratch. I wouldn't want to risk my tank, or my floors for that matter, with a crack.
