Is this a good skimmer?

Just wondering how this skimmer rates. Looks like a good design nice and slim and ready to go out of the box.

I would pass and look into an Octo NWB 110 for basically the same price.

Definately check into the Octopus skimmers. Mine's done great and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Do you think that will fit into a 20G long sump?

It's got a 10x6 footprint which should sit fine in a 20 (11 3/4 wide I think). It's the 19" height that was a pain for me. I think the new model has a different 'cup removal' design. I'm not sure if that mean it now slides off instead of lifts off.

definately pass on it and go with a needle wheel reef octopus. This is the 3rd skimmer I've had, and I'd say about 3 times better than the 2nd best I've had. It's really amazing how much skimate I get,and extremely dark skimate at that, basically sludge. Crystal clear water is important
