Led hood

Ok so I want a hood on my 10 gallon tank because it reduces the sound of air stone sponge filter ect but I wanna switch from t8 lighting to led and the only led hoods I’m finding are for tanks with fake plants there are no hoods with a legit led bar that can grow plants! Does anyone know where I could find what I’m looking for ?

Could go glass lid with a LED strip across the top that rests on the tank frame.

I have an hob and airline tubing that needs to be able to go in from back :/

***MOST*** glass lids have a plastic strip at the back where you can cut holes for in take tubes, outflows etc - I know all of mine do
