LED lighting for this fixture

I want to get the 18" one for my 10g build. However, it says only 3 1W actinic LEDs. THREE!

Would that be enough to grow corals in a 10 gallon aquarium? And if so will they (or all) have the "spotlight" effect?

I want to go T5HO but I'm going to put these in a small canopy where vents and heating could be a problem.

why not gedt like 2 PAR38 lamps from rapid LED, they will only pull 17 each and will allow for good coral growth and a good light spread
