Hi guys
I have the aqueon 20 gallon high tank and I was just wondering what lights I should use ?
I would like to have this tank medium-heavily planted

Depends on your budget and goals. Medium heavy describes plant density. For instance you could have a tankful of low light, low demanding crypts. These are not very demanding light wise (low to medium light). Or you could have a tankful of medium to high light requiring plants (and the appropriate CO2 and ferts to go with it).
