Light recommendation for my African Cichlid tank

Hey guys, so I have a 40 gallon african chichlid tank that is 30 inches long. I don't have any plants but in the future I might change it to planted aquarium with different fish. What light would you recommend for my aquarium?

I can't give brands but would likely go for dimmable LEDs of mainly white light (perhaps some blue if it will make fish colours pop). Most viewing lights tend to white plus blue whereas plants like white plus red (as white light already has heaps of blue). If you get dimmable controls this just means light intensity can reduced to balance with CO2 in water.
