Lighting for 125

I am looking into lighting a 125 72 inch tank. It is going to start out as a FOWLR tank but I am sure I will want to put some soft corals in down the road. I would like a all in one fixture so I don't have to run a hood. I would like to start out right and not have to upgrade later.

T5 lighting is pretty good lighting. I`ve never used or heard much of that brand. I use VHO lighting. I`m moving this to the General hardware and equipment discussion forum.
