Lighting Question

Hello,
I saw these lights at home depot and was wondering if I just change out the bulbs will they work for a reef aquarium? I am starting my first tank and I'm looking around for good lights that are a reasonable price.

can't really think of any reason why not, just make sure you can protect it from water damage.
