so i have a Hagen Glo T5 HO Lighting System - Double - 48 ($150 + bulbs)... with 2 Life-Glo bulbs.... but i want to add lights for night time...
yes they have fixtures that have both tube lights and LEDs for night time... but im lazy and cant be bothered to flip switches.. thats why my current light runs on a timer...
should i get this instead? for $271....

would this be ok for plants also?
or my original idea was to just get a smaller strip maybe 12" and put a single nighttime bulb in there....
