Lunar lights.

Hey people. I got myself the 6 lamp ho t5 from aquatic life, I was wondering how long I should run the lunar LEDs. It comes with a preset to run almost all night, but there kinda bright. Do you think I should run them all night or turn them off like at 2 am?

I would turn them off when you go to bed but that is only my opinon... Maybe someone with more time under their belt can give a better answer...
