FW or SW?

If FW, it doesn't matter, just whichever look you're trying to accomplish.

I have some blue Coralife 3/4 W lunar lights on a 55 gallon, and in the past I used a Current USA Satellite strip with a built in white lunar light on a 20 gallon. I liked the look of both, although I can tell you that the Coralife lights that I added to my Aqualight (purchased separately) are much brighter than the ones that are built in to strip lights, if that matters to you. Basically, it's all about your personal preference- the fish won't care at all.
