Can i have some opinions on the Marineland double bright
LED
light for a planted tank, i would really like to buy one.

Their are cheaper and better lights out there. Have you looked into the Finnex or beamswork leds?

I depends on what size tank we are talking. For a 10 gallon you'll be fine but anything deeper then that I'm not sure it will even support plants even if they are low light.
