Marineland issues

I have a few marineland issued lately they have always been good to help you out now they are asking for receipts for prof of purchase never had that issue before did they change their support protocol. Anyone have trouble ???

Businesses are tightening up all around.

Not me having an issue specifically with Marineland but other company which asked for the receipt and location of purchase. As the item was a gift, I didn't have any such documentation. They went ahead and took care of my problem, happened a few years ago.
