Marineland LED kits?

2 questions:

Does anyone have any experience with Marineland's LED kits?

I have been planning to upgrade but hadn't really looked into it until now. Is the best way to upgrade to buy a kit that includes the tank, lighting, filtration system, etc? If so, any ideas on good kits to buy?
